Is Villa Mirador your ideal holiday home in Spain? 
Many think so and come back several times a year.  You too might also consider it 'yours' as it is familiar, friendly, new and has been furnished just like you would.

Sleeps 6 + 1. Travel Cot, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). 2 doubles with king size beds and 1 twin (down-stairs with adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower). All with ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

There are good local bars and amenities within walking distance. Villa Mirador is only 20 minutes drive from Torre Del Mar with its fantastic beaches, cafes and restaurants, and just 5 minutes from Lake Vinuela. A mere 35 minutes from Nerja with its famous caves, beaches and night life. Laze in your own private salt pool with Jacuzzi jets. Chill out on the large sun terrace and covered veranda. Featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen you won't go hungry, especially with all the fresh local produce available. This is truly great walking country. Villa Mirador has stunning views and is set in an Olive Grove at rear and an Almond grove in front. Located just 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 90 minutes from Granada Airport, means you can start holidaying sooner!. Wireless internet access allows you to work rest and play (bring your own Laptop etc).

The pool is 7.1m x 3.5m with a maximum depth of 1.8m and minimum of 1m (all approximate). It has a seating area with Jacuzzi jets. It has a removable fence to protect young children. Patio table and 4 chairs and 4 loungers are provided.

There is a large sun terrace along with a covered terrace and patio area around the pool. All areas are gated. A charcoal BBQ is provided.

Dinner: waiting for the the sun to go down with some chilled wine!

Lounge diner with 32" LCD TV DVD player and Sky. CD stereo system. Extensive DVD & CD collection for your pleasure. One 3 seater and one 2 seater sofa. Large dining table with 6 chairs. Log burning stove. Air-conditioning and 2 ceiling fans.

Prices are per week (7 nights) in UK Pounds. Please e-mail for short break pricing. Booking via email. £300 deposit at time of booking, which includes £150 non-returnable deposit plus a £150 security deposit which will be returned after your stay to cover any damage or excessive cleaning costs. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If arrival within 8 weeks total amount on booking. Both can be paid by cheque, or directly into a UK bank account (details will be provided).

Changeover day To help you take advantage of the most convenient flights for you the changeover day is flexible. Access from 4pm onwards. Departure by 10.30am. However, this can be flexible depending on other bookings.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen are provided (excluding beach and pool towels) linen and towels are changed weekly. The property is cleaned prior to arrival. The pool is cleaned weekly as a minimum. Please note, this is a non-smoking villa.

Torre Del Mar is about 20 minutes drive away. Nerja is about 35 minutes, and places like Almunecar and Salobrena are a just bit further on.
 

There are wonderful picturesque coastal drives with many opportunities to stop and visit the beaches and beach cafes.
 


 

We have stayed in many villas and have never had such a well equipped home...    We are planning to go back for two weeks next year...   TD Preston August 2008.
